How we work

Step 1

Road driver can request assistance through our mobile app by specifying their pickup location and desired service.

Step 2

The app seamlessly connects with a network of nearby truck drivers.

Step 3

Once a truck driver accepts the request, the road driver receives a notification containing the driver’s name, photo, vehicle details, and estimated time of arrival (ETA).

Step 4

The truck driver picks up the vehicle and transports it to its destination.

Step 5

Payments are securely processed within our app, utilizing the consumer’s credit card information, which is safely stored on file.

Step 6

At the end of the trip, the fare calculation is determined by the distance traveled and any additional fees, such as peak hour pricing or tolls, that may apply.

Step 7

Consumers have the opportunity to rate the truck driver and share feedback based on their experience.
